Section A.    O V E R V I E W

Note:  This is a basic screen saver which displays a star-filled
	night, snow man, and falling snow.
	  It allows you to set password protection via the screen 
	saver SETTINGS dialog in your windows Control Panel 
	display options.
	

This screen saver is basically free (for NON-commerical use).  
Please register this screen saver if you plan to use it.  
Registering will provide benefits to you and help me to
develop more screen savers!  :)

REQUIREMENTS:
Disk space required after install is approx.  225 kb.

Section B.  HOW TO INSTALL:

1)..Unzip ZIP file (if you're here, you've already done this).
2)..Run the install.exe  (double-click it). This is self-
	extracting installation program.

3)..That's it!  
	You're ready to set some options!
	1)..For Win95, go to your Control Panel, select Display.
	2)..Select the Screen Savers tab and select the 
		"D2G snow screen saver".
	3)..Click "settings".
		You will now see pop-up windows allowing you
		to set your password (if you want one).
	4)..When you done, click "Apply"
		and then "OK" to leave the Control Panel windows.
	(You can change this setting at any time).

	1)..Locate the program group called D2Gsnow.
	2)..Double-click on the UNINSTALL icon.

Section E. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Use of the Design2Graphics Screen Saver (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") is contingent
on your agreement to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Design2Graphics (hereinafter D2G) grants you a limited, non-exclusive 
license to use the SOFTWARE free of charge if your use of the SOFTWARE is
for non-commercial purposes.

If you do not meet the requirements for free use of the SOFTWARE, you may use
the SOFTWARE for up to thirty (30) days for the purpose of evaluating whether
to purchase the registered version.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, D2G FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH
RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
D2G BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE
OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF D2G HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

3. SCOPE OF GRANT
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.  D2G
shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.

4. COPYRIGHT
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

5. MAINTENANCE
D2G is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE.

6. DISTRIBUTION
The SOFTWARE may be freely distributed provided that it is not modified and
the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and provided
that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs
of distribution media).  Should a fee be charged or any of the distribution
package need to be modified you must contact D2G for explicit written permission.
